This is an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract for rubber removal and maintain markings on Dobbins ARB, GA. Effective for a 12 month base period from date of award plus four (4) twelve month Government option periods. Delivery or performance time for specific projects will be specified in each individual task order Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
