Description	Four (4) consultant firms will be selected to conduct a complete NBIS Safety Inspection including collection of element level data, collection of channel cross section measurements, and performance of scour assessments as defined by the AASHTO Manual for Bridge Element Inspection, the Bridge Inspector’s Reference Manual rev. 2012, and the Kentucky Bridge Inspector Procedure Manual for two (2) years.
