| Description | Remove areas of blisters in existing B.U.R. and patch to match. Install new roofing system as follows: Fully adhered 80 mil single ply roofing membrane over mechanically attached 1/4 " Dens deck. Install new membrane wall flashing where occurs with new 24 Ga prefinished metal coping and two piece relets where occurs. Temporarily remove and reinstall existing gutters and downspouts. Install new gutters and downspouts to match where indicated on drawings. New fascia board with prefinished metal. Patch and repair soffit as required, per drawings. |
