Cow Creek Channel Grading - Phase 1

The Project is generally described as the construction of a drainage channel grading through the City of Lindsborg consisting of the following major items: 6,648 Cu. Yds. Common Excavation, 4.33 Acres Seeding, and 5 Tree Removals with greater than 12" diameter, Culvert Cleaning by Jetting 395 L.F. It is the responsibility of the registered Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc., to view and/or download any addenda issued through the Issuing Office' portal. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither OWNER nor ENGINEER assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. Bid Security will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder qualifications may be required in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended.
