The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of the bid. Scope of Work Replace RTU # 2 air conditioning unit and controls Provide crane for installation and removal of existing RTU Provide disposal of existing RTU # 2 Provide controls to operate RTU # 2 and any wiring to control or operate equipment Install insulated pipe wrapping and conduit straps on all piping Install new piping as needed Replace or repair damaged roof due to the replacement project Provide evaporator coil, controls, solenoids, refrigerant, and all associated parts Provide any building permit Provide test and operation of replacement (Factory start-up) Provide 4hrs training on equipment for a building engineer ONLY PREQUALIFIED POOL Various Trades Questions Due Date: Aug 14th 2023, 1:30 PM CDT
