Description

Locations: Beckwith Mulick Park Elementary Sigsbee/SEAC Elementary Wellerwood Elementary Westwood Middle The replacement of the Johnson Control system (Commodore) entails providing and installing all parts required to provide a system that functions as specified (so that they can be controlled from a new DDC control system). Pneumatic control of classrooms, dampers, and other pneumatics will remain as local control, with the exception of heat exchangers and HW mixing valves. Sigsbee/SEAC has additional equipment listed that is not currently controlled by the JCI system and is to be added to the new DDC system.
