| Description | The Authority invites the participation of Minority-Owned Business Enterprises in this solicitation. The Authority also reserves the right to reject any or all offers or to waive any informalities in this solicitation.The Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy (Authority) requests proposals from qualified contractors to perform site work and excavation services at Public Housing Authority properties in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This solicitation is for a two-year service contract, renewable at the sole option of the Authority for two additional one-year periods or one additional two-year periods. Typical work items included under this service contract are pipe excavation and replacement, including storm, water, steam and hot water, sanitary, and drainage piping up to a depth of 4 feet, asphalt and concrete pavement repairs, retaining wall repairs, site grading, top soiling and seeding. Work will be awarded as needed during the period of the contract. There is no specified scope of work or guaranteed minimum. |
