Klamath County Fairgrounds 48 Space RV Park

The project is to construct a 48 space RV Park, existing restroom to be remodeled to add ADA showers. All RV spaces require electrical, potable water and sanitary sewer improvements. The park will include stormwater improvements asphalt, concrete, fencing, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of demolition and construction necessary for the completion of all work illustrated in the accompanying plan set. On-site work for this project is expected to start June 1, 2023, and substantial completion is expected by September 29, 2023. Liquidated damages will be incurred at a rate of $500.00/Day until final completion of project if work continues past October 30, 2023 Only bids from licensed contractors will be accepted prevailing wages Questions pertaining to the specifications or scope of work should in writing be directed to Marcus D.
