St. Clair County Jail General Building Packages

The construction of a new jail building of approximately 55,000sf with 325 beds. The project included Sitework (limited to finish grading, curbing, and paving), construction of the new jail consisting of Steel frame, exterior envelope, masonry load bearing walls, complete plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems, security electronics, and coordination with the Precast Detention Cell Manufacturer and Detention Equipment and Furnishings Contractor bid previously. This work will be bid in the following Bid Packages: Bid Package 04 - General Building Package Bid Package 05 - Plumbing Package Bid Package 06 - Mechanical Package Bid Package 07 - Electrical Package Bid Package 08 - Security Electronics Package Bid Package 09 - Combination of Bid Packages 05&06 Goodgame Company, Inc. will be serving as Construction Manager during this project. The advertisement is for complete Contracting Services contracted in a traditional manner with the Owner.
