Dorchester Street Sidewalk and Water Main Replacement

It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and all other appurtenances required to construct a five-foot sidewalk along the west side of Dorchester Street. The project includes sidewalk, drainage pipes, drainage improvements, utility adjustments, watermain removal and installation. The work also includes all other items of construction including, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing structures, site dewatering, flow diversion, pond construction, excavation and fill, grading, sodding, and maintenance of traffic, as described in the Contract Documents.
