On-Call Flooring Contractor Services Set-Aside Program

Previous project relevant work history must be submitted demonstrating the range of work listed below. Limiting it to a small selection that does not show the desired diversification required can affect a Company’s prequalification into the program. The Flooring Contractor shall have the ability and experience to self-perform: 1. Floor surface demolition and/or preparation 2. Installation of flooring materials including, but not limited to: o Carpeting, cove base, hard surface flooring. o Resilient floor coverings. o Hardwood flooring. o All types of tile installed as finished flooring. o Other floor covering materials. 3. Installation and/or repair of subflooring materials. 4. Clean, strip, wax and/or seal hard surfaces. 5. Clean, sand, stain and/or seal hardwood surfaces. 6. Perform repairs to flooring. 7. Prepare, supply and apply SaniGLAZE™ and/or reapply SaniGLAZE™ to surfaces. 8. Prepare, supply and apply epoxy to surfaces. 9. Core samples for moisture content must be performed and analyzed to advise on the proper floor preparation process required to accommodate the compliant installation of the flooring. 10. Temporarily move and replace furniture and equipment or have ability to subcontract this portion of the work. 11. Provide and install proper ventilation equipment in support of flooring operations. 12. Flooring systems which require certified installer of such systems, vendor must have valid certification to perform such installations.
