Work under this project includes construct new steam and condensate lines in a drainable, dryable, testable (DDT) Class A system with expansion elbows, expansion loops and concrete anchor blocks. Locate and protect existing utilities and facilities. Temporarily or permanently relocate existing utilities and facilities to accommodate the new work. Provide all excavation, backfill, sheeting, shoring, dewatering, rock excavation, test pitting, surveying, and layout required for the work. Demolish and dispose of existing piping, insulation, traps, valves, sump pumps, and all other existing features in existing manholes to accommodate new work. Cap, plug and seal abandoned steam and condensate lines. Install new steam and condensate piping, valves, supports, insulation, and related features in manholes. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
