Town Hall/Civic Center Building Renovation Project

The work shall generally consist of: Town Hall & Police Department: Re-roof with new insulation and cover board (continuous over both Town Hall & Police Dept.); new vinyl windows at Town Hall; minor interior repairs at Town Hall; Exterior renovation and new exterior insulation & finish system (EIFS) at Police Department with new vinyl windows; New mechanical system at Police Department; Minor brick re-pointing where necessary and re-painting of existing exposed wood at both the Town Hall and Police Department. Civic Center: New mechanical units with associated steel super structure for support; Re-cover of existing roof; New fiber-cement panel snow fence at East wall; Removal and stucco in-fill of windows at north elevation; Minor brick re-pointing where necessary and re-painting of existing exposed wood; Minor interior repairs at window in-fill locations and demolition of peg-board partitions.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
