Refrigerator Floors Replacement

Provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the replacement of walk in refrigerator floors of multiple sizes at various schools located throughout the District, services to include but not limited to: 1. Removal of existing cooler floor 2. Prep concrete below new floor 3. Replace insulation 4. Install new floor panel 5. 16 gauge stainless steel diamond plate floor 6. Stainless Steel coving is an interior trim around the base The new floors will need to be insulated with rigid foam board or spray to an R25 value and sealed. The floor capacity must allow for 700 pounds per square foot of evenly distributed weight.
