Marquette Manor Generator Replacement

Contractor is to provide construction services as outlined in Solicitation 2022-3022. The intent of this project is the Generator Replacement. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: o Disconnect, remove and dispose existing generator and associated equipment. o Provide, install and connect new Generator per Drawings and Specifications o Provide concrete pad, chain link fence and gate per Drawings and Specifications o Contractor to submit and pay for all permits, and schedule any necessary inspections. o Contractor to provide training on handling new generator. o Contractor responsible for disposal of existing equipment. Responses to questions received prior to 4:00pm (local time) on February 20 will be posted as an addendum to the CMHA website.
