Trees included in this contract are deemed hazardous using the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Hazard Tree Risk Rating criteria, approved NYSDOT hazard tree screening process or by an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist's evaluation. Hazard trees identified for removal in this contract require technical skills and/or equipment that is outside of the regional maintenance group's capacity. The work will take place in various municipalities in the counties of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, and Westchester. This Project is Located in the Hudson Valley Region and Includes the Following: Counties Dutchess Orange Westchester Putnam Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
