| Description | The City of Haines City, is soliciting proposals to enter into a Lease and/or License agreement with a qualified firm or individual that has the resources to provide repair & maintenance, construction, inspections, engineering, marketing, and operational services for the City-owned Rail Spur. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid on this project. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept a bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer.
