This will include replacing the roof coating for the scene shop’s front and rear roofs. Design and Production Building: Front Side of Roof: 1.This roof is approximately 8,100 sq. 2. Roof should be inferred scanned for wet leaking insulation 3. Repair or replace wet insulation, seal joints as needed 4. Clean and pressure wash roof 5. Install an acrylic coating to manufacture’s spec. 6. Address any ponding areas 7. Remove all debris created from work performed 8. 10-year warranty on coating Alternate Back Side of Roof: (This will be awarded contingent on the budget) 1. This roof is approximately 5,400sq.
