The proposed construction consists of street reconstruction of Thackeray Trl from Silver Lake St to Summit Ave (approx 4,400 LF), including clearing & grubbing, removals, grading, base preparation & repairs, dual (48 & 30) storm sewer main installation, 12 water main installation, sanitary manhole rehabilitation, storm water pond at Whitman Hills Park, new base aggregate & HMA pavement, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete & HMA driveways, landscaping & other miscellaneous items of work.
