Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services

Provide consulting services that will result in detailed and targeted condition assessments of select ADOA managed buildings in the Capitol mall/Phoenix Metro area. ADOA/GSD is seeking qualified firms utilizing professional architects and engineers to develop a building specific targeted facility condition assessment methodology that will provide the department with a comprehensive asset portfolio tool. This will facilitate the collection, storage, and reporting of facilities/infrastructure condition and related asset data. The facility asset data will provide ADOA capital planning staff the ability to assess state assets from holistic view of the portfolio, including buildings, major building systems, security elements, energy, and utility infrastructure. The data will enable ADOA to quantify and centrally manage all the facility needs (e.g., deferred maintenance, functional requirements, vulnerability, and energy requirements) in the department’s facility asset portfolio as part of its organizational mission.
