One story addition of 715 square foot to the existing wood framed Fargo Fire Station #2, with minor plumbing work within the apparatus garage below concrete slab. With light weight wood framed load bearing exterior walls and wooden truss roof assembly. The addition is planned for gear storage and fitness room. The existing building is partially sprinklered, the proposed addition will not be sprinklered along with the existing apparatus garage. TYPE OF BIDS. Single combined Bids will be received from qualified Bidders for all portions of the work. The successful Bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project. BID SECURITY. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with 00 1000 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Bond, cashiers checks or certified checks will be accepted. NORTH DAKOTA LAW.
