Oil and Gas Waste Stations

Construct three recycling centers at the specified locations, each with used oil and used gasoline containment tanks per the provided plans and specifications. This project consists of three small areas designed to accept permanent above ground tanks for waste oil and gas to be collected by a private contractor. One area will be located at Garrison Bight, one at Key West Bight, and one at Rockland Island. The exact location will be designated by the City. Each location will have a covered shed approximately 300 SF in area, masonry enclosure walls on three sides with the fourth wall having sliding gates, composite wood screen, standing beam metal roof over wood deck and 6” concrete slab-on-ground for the floors.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Clearing and Grubbing, Earth Moving, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Fences and Gates.
