Project consists of a roof replacement at Police and Fire Training Academy, Charlotte, North Carolina. This work includes labor, materials, equipment, supervision and administration to replace the existing two-ply modified bitumen roof system with the specified thermoplastic, single ply roof system on 4 roof areas totaling approximately 59,115 square feet of roof area. An EMR of .9 or less, averaged over the last three (3) years, is required to be considered for award of this project. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
