EMS Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements

The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: The construction of ± 4,985 SY of 8” GAB, ± 549 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, ± 2,007 LF of curb and gutter, striping, sidewalk, grading including detention pond with OCS, ± 460 LF of 2” water line, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
