Description

Please contact City of Morgan Hill directly with any inquiries about this bid. The City of Morgan Hill is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials and performance of operation in connection with Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Maintenance and Repair Services for the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Qualifications: Contractors submitting a proposal and their subcontractors must possess a valid CSLB C-10 Electrical Contractor’s license issued by the California Contractor’s State License Board. Special Requirements: Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors and their subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations as a Public Works contractor pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Each worker performing work under this contract shall be paid at a rate not less than the prevailing wage as defined in Sections 1771 and 1774 of the Labor Code. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements applicable to the locality in which the work is to be performed.
