Description

Offers are required to be received by January 13, 2022 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Late offers may not be considered for this procurement. DESCRIPTIONOF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Services: CSC-23302: Landscaping, Snow Removal, and Goose Control for the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Base Year: 04/13/2023 - 04/12/2024 Option Year 1: 04/13/2024 - 04/12/2025 Option Year 2: 04/13/2025 - 04/12/2026 Option Year 3: 04/13/2026 - 04/12/2027 Option Year 4: 04/13/2027 - 04/12/2028 QUOTE PREPARATION COSTS The Government shall not be responsible or liable for any costs incurred by any parties in the preparation and submission of any technical quote or price quote in response to this RFQ. SITE VISIT A pre-proposal site visit will be held on December 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM. All prospective contractors are encouraged to attend. Personnel will report to the Facilities Engineer, Building 308, Defense Supply Center (DSCC), Columbus, Ohio on December 16, 2022, at 1:00 PM (see attached maps). Any contractor who plans to attend MUST notify the Contracting Specialist, Mitchell Hatfield via email at Mitchell.Hatfield@dla.mil NO LATER THAN (NLT) December 15, 2022. A pre-enrollment in the DBIDS system is required. Please visit the following link ( https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#!/ ), fill out the form using Mitchell Hatfield as a sponsor, and send the resulting DBIDS number to the Contracting Specialist NLT December 15, 2022. SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS Should the vendor have any questions with regards to the RFQ, they should submit them via email, to Mitchell Hatfield at mitchell.hatfield@dla.mil. All questions must be received by 11:59 PM EST January 06, 2023. VENDOR PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Continuation Sheet SP4702-23-R-0004 Page 4 of 10 1. Period for Acceptance of Offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. 2. Offeror Submittal Requirements: in order to be further considered for award, offeror shall submit the following as part of their quote: a. Signed 1449. b. Completed pricing documents and CLINS. c. Acknowledgement of any solicitation amendments. d. Confirm compliance with requirements included in the drawings and specifications. e. If applicable, include GSA Contract number with relevant information to contract. 3. The Government will issue a single purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Therefore, it is important that your initial quote submittal is on the most favorable terms and complies with all instructions contained in this request. The Government also reserves the right not to issue an award as a result of this request if such an award is determined to be contrary to the best interests of the Government. 4. Exceptions to any terms and conditions of the RFQ may make the quote unacceptable.
