Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District is seeking interested sources capable of providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan (FMM) Area Flood Risk Management Project, Drain 27. The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan (FMM) Area Flood Risk Management Project is a large, multi-faceted project that will result in significant flood risk management for the project area. This includes the Interstate 29 road raise, Wild Rice River Structure, as well as portions of the Diversion Inlet Structure, the Red River Structure, and the Southern Embankment (Reaches SE-1, SE-2, and SE-3). The study area of the Drain 27 Wetland Restoration Project is the area that extends northward between the Diversion Inlet and the Wild Rice River Structure. The 2400-acre study area is located south of 100th Avenue South, north of 124th Avenue South, east of 170th Avenue Southeast, and west of 38th Street South near Horace, Cass County, North Dakota.
