These structures are located on the fee Property of Metropolitan Water District. The exact location of this property is 13581 W. 11th Ave., Blythe, Ca. The property resides in San Bernardino County in the City of Blythe. Contractor must possess a valid California Class A or B license C-22 requirements: The bidder shall have a California contractor license, classification "A" or "B" at the time of submitting the bid. In addition, the entity performing asbestos abatement shall be either the prime contractor with a California Contractors State License Board issued ASB certification or a subcontractor with a C-22 license. A subcontractor having a different "C" license may perform abatement work if it possesses an ASB certification and the abatement work is associated with said "C" license Notes 1.
