Construction Material Testing Services For Big Rockfish Creek Outfall Contract II

Project will rebid in the near future Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) is seeking the services of a qualified construction materials testing firm to provide density/compaction testing on select backfill material, Aggregate Base Course (ABC), and Asphalt Surface Course. This testing will be performed on the Big Rockfish Creek Outfall Contract II. This project begins east of Lakeview Drive and extends west to Mariners Landing Drive, crossing Camden Road and terminating just west of the I-295 near Hunting Lodge Road. Big Rockfish Creek Outfall Contract II is expected to begin construction in February 2023 with a Contract duration of 670 calendar days. The chosen firm would be required to have qualified testing personnel on-call to perform the required testing within 24 hours of being notified by the PWC Project Coordinator or Project Engineer. Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reasondetermined by PWC to be in its best interest, or to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the bids for the performance of the contract.
