| Description | Provide labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary for abrasive blast cleaning and sealing to 94,500 square feet of concrete for the City’s Olmos Creek Detenion Dam Structure located at 1000 East Olmos Drive. This pressure wash cleaning is for the purpose of removing painted over graffiti damages, dirt, grime and mildew throughout Southwest downstream side of dam structure, the entire front of the dam structure, all sides of the Gate house, including the control house vertical wall (Southeast), decorative arches and the dam’s ogee spillway on the lower section of the control house. |
