Project Description The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Upland Design Group, Inc. Crossville, Tennessee White County Finance Department Sparta, Tennessee NCA Planroom & Reprographics Cookeville, Tennessee Builders Exchange Knoxville, Tennessee Prospective Bidders / Contractors may obtain electronic access to the Bid Documents upon request from the Architect, at 362 Industrial Blvd., Crossville, TN 38555; phone (931) 484- 7541. Addenda will only be issued to Bidders / Contractors who have registered with the Architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. In-lieu-of a bid bond a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to the Owner, will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, or other security such as letter of credit as described in Tennessee Code Annotated 12-4-201. Bonds must be accompanied by Power of Attorney.
