As of November 18, 2022, an architect has been selected. A firm bidding and construction timeline has not been confirmed. Budget: The overall project budget (including construction budget, furniture & equipment, design services, permit costs, and all soft costs) for the Benton Place Repurpose project (building renovation plus Benton Place corridor) is $48M with a construction budget of $35.8M. If the McAlexander Fieldhouse Exterior Refresh scope is added to the project, this portion of work has a project budget of $5M with a construction budget of $3.73M.
