Description

The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as pickup from the City's Corporation Yard (2112 E. Louise Avenue), delivery to and installation of a City-owned 20 CFM Ozone Generator at the Woodfield Sanitary Sewer Pump Station and provision and installation of necessary plumbing, conduit and electrical wiring and final connection and testing. Project Vicinity Map is included as Attachment A. Technical Specifications are included in Attachment B. DIR Registration. Each Bidder submitting a proposal to complete the work, labor, materials and/or services ("Work") subject to this procurement must be a Department of Industrial Relations registered contractor pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5 ("DIR Registered Contractor"). A Bidder who is not a DIR Registered Contractor when submitting a proposal for Work is deemed "not qualified" and the proposal of such a Bidder will be rejected as nonresponsive. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder's Subcontractors' List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be DIR Registered Contractors. The City of Lathrop reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity in a Bid, and to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as it may best serve the interest of the City of Lathrop
