| Description | Base Bid: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to successfully level, compact, stabilize, and build crown into road prior to paving the existing entry/exit, approximately 4,400 linear feet RV campground access and loop road and pavement striping, including new 7" lime rock compacted base per FDOT specification to accommodate new paving at the grass island in front of the bathhouse, as per the contract documents. Alternate #1: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully install 1.5" thick layer compacted #89 pea sized 3/8" granite at the aprons from the roadway edge to the gravel RV campsite pad edge per the contract documents. Alternate #2: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully level, compact, stabilize, and pave the aprons from the roadway edge to the gravel RV campsite pad edge per the contract documents. Asphalt shall finish level with existing gravel RV campsite pad. Alternate #3: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to successfully level, compact, stabilize, and build crown into road prior to paving the existing approximately 5,600 linear feet equestrian campground access road from the end of the base bid access road to the equestrian campground as per the contract documents. FDEP will be responsible for obtaining the Southwest Water Management District permit exemption. | ||||||
