Paving Project

The Madison Township Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids for the paving project at the Madison Township Municipal Building office until 9:00 AM, Monday, to be acted upon at the regular monthly meeting 7:00 PM for the following: Paving using 9.5MM, leveling course and wearing course overlay, and 2A subbase shoulder back-up on Bear Brook Road, approximately 1900 linear feet, Bear Brook Acres Dr, approximately 3000 linear feet, Maple Grove Road, approximately 1100 linear feet, Quicktown Road, approximately 1100 linear feet. All work must be in accordance with Penn DOT Specifications 408. Proposals must be upon the forms provided by the Municipality. Prevailing wage rate applies. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of the bid made payable to Madison Township. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders must contact Madison Township Roadmaster to procure required bid documents and forms and to arrange for inspection of the road sites proposed for this project by calling 570-840-0838 or 570-842-3088.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
