Description

The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Lead Base Paint Abatement Phase 3 at Harbor Homes The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. All communications and inquiries shall be directed to Michael R. Fraley, Executive Director, at FraleyM@hace.org. 10% bid bond required, Davis-bacon wages apply. All employees on the job site are required to always wear their company picture identification, All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE, Accurately determine quantities of material and Scope of Work for 40 units of which 8 are clothes poles only. Contractor to remove all debris daily. The new poles are to be 6'-0" above ground and tee at top of pole to be 3' wide. Four eye bolts on 11" centers are to be attached to each tee top. Poles are to be set 30" into ground using 1 bag of premixed concrete to lock pole in position. Eye bolts to be a minimum 1/4" diameter. !4" diameter 6" long pin 6" from the bottom of the pole so that it will not spin. Poles to be made from 4" I.D. galvanized schedule 40 pipe saddled and welded at cross bar
