| Description |
The scope of this project includes the interior renovation of the existing multi-purpose/cafetorium including, but not limited to, the removal of the existing stage, pantry, and toilet rooms, and the addition of new ADA-accessible entrance, ADA-accessible toilet rooms, and larger pantry. A substantial addition will be added, including, but not limited to, a new gymnasium with stage, general classrooms, offices, restrooms, storage, and faculty support spaces. As part of the addition project, the existing gymnasium will be demolished, once the new gym is completed. The vacated site area will accommodate the construction of the needed classrooms. Provision of exterior gates and fencing at the East Play Area is also being added. NOTE: This project will be broken out into 3 phases: Addition of Gymnasium, Demolition of existing Gymnasium and Addition of Classrooms, and Renovation of Existing Multi-purpose Room/Cafetorium. |
