| Description | Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Fire Protection, Electrical The project scope generally consists of the installation of a new fire protection system. Work required to support the installation incudes cutting and patching, ceiling and soffits, lighting and low voltage electrical work as well as a new water service from the street main to service the fire protection system. Site work includes utility trenching and backfilling, concrete and asphalt paving, and providing a new water service to the building. B. The Work of this project shall be performed by the general contractor and filed subcontractors. C. The Work of this project also includes the requirements in the Contract, the SubContract(s), Sections 0 and Division 1 Sections, in their entirety. This program contains minimum participation goals of ten (10) percent by MBEs and five (5) percent by WBEs calculated as a percentage of the total bid price. |
