Providing all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovation of Sawnee Mountain Park, 2995 Watson Road. New playground area and pavillion. New concrete sidewalks in certain areas and re-paved section of parking lot. All parking to be re-striped and resealed. FCBOC-20-GA-04124-01 Construction is estimated at $1.5 million dollars. (total project budget of $3.3 million includes design/engineering/environmental/testing and MUSCO lighting that is not part of this bid).
