This project is in included in the Town & County of Nantucket fiscal year 2023-2033 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 12, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. Construct two buildings each with 2 side by side duplex townhome type residences. The buildings will be constructed on a 5 acre parcel on Nobadeer Farm Road adjacent to Park Circle.
