Baseball and Football Scoreboards

Scope of Work: Contractor to provide labor, materials, installation, basic training and the removal and disposal of six (6) existing Baseball & Football Scoreboards per specifications provided in the bid package. All proposals shall be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the Proposers name, address, date, time and name of the bid including bid number. The City of Bartow will not be responsible for bids opened before the specified time due to envelopes that are not properly addressed and/or unmarked as instructed in this notice. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Interior Scoreboards, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures, Exterior Scoreboards.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
