Furnish, Deliver and Install a Heating Boiler at the GH20 Sports Hub Aquatic Center

As of August 1, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on August 18, 2022. The Village of Glendale Heights will receive sealed bids to Furnish, Deliver and Install a Heating Boiler at the GH20 Sports Hub Aquatic Center for the Village of Glendale Heights, IL. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security. The successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory performance bond within ten (10) business days after notification of the bid award in an amount not to exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. The bond must be with a bonding company acceptable to the Village of Glendale Heights. Failure to furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the period specified shall be cause for rejection of the bid. The Bidder shall certify that it has and will comply with all laws relating to the payment of general prevailing wages in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bids shall only be withdrawn with written consent of the President and Board of Trustees of Glendale Heights. The Village of Glendale Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
