Professional Consulting Services - Master Planning

1. Assist the university in guiding a process to answer key planning questions regarding enrollment, optimum program location, future collaborations, programs of growth, added or eliminated programs, role of international students, impact of remote work on faculty and staff office needs, need for research space, delivery of student support services, strategic vision for each major academic unit and development of other needed planning information 2. Gather data regarding current land use, space allocations and scheduling of spaces 3. Utilize a highly collaborative process involving input from students, faculty and staff 4. Collect input from the local community 5. Analyze data and compare to industry standards, peers institutions including innovative approaches 6. Identify over and under utilized spaces 7. Recommend ways to improve utilization of existing spaces and facilities 8. Incorporate information from the Rowing not Drifting strategic plan 9. Develop a master plan for the future development of the full campus which integrates sustainable best practices
