| Description | PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase PEST CONTROL SERVICES for the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP), 6977 S. High St., Lockbourne, Ohio 43137. There’s five (5) areas within the plant to be treated monthly or on an as needed basis. The Administration Building (ADM), Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), Monitoring and Control Building (MCA), Central Storage Building (CSB) and Service Building (SEV). It shall be the Bidder's responsibility to inspect the sites, verify the conditions, take necessary measurements and counts, and familiarize themselves with all site conditions. All supplies shall be included in your monthly charges. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is: $2,000.00. |
