Paving

The Village of Waynesburg is accepting sealed bids for the paving of various streets within the Village of Waynesburg. An original surety bond and not a copy for the full amount of the bid or a certified or cashiers check for ten percent of the bid is required by R.C.153.54(B) and must be submitted with the bid made payable to the Village of Waynesburg. Each bid shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and each shall contain the full name of each person, agency/company, submitting the bid and shall be signed by an official authorized to execute a contract. The Village of Waynesburg reserves the right to waive any and all formalities or irregularities accept or reject any or all bids and to determine the lowest and best bid that fits the Villages needs. It is up to the bidder to confirm that the Village has received his or her bid by the deadline if mailed.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
