Bidders Proof of Responsibility Must Be Submitted to Seh in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Trempealeau Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract in the Best Interests of the Village. Question Deadline 03/17/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
