Prairie Surf/Santa Fe Parking Garage Skywalk Repairs

Project Number- 20210048.03 This Capital Improvement project provides for repairs to the skywalk between the Prairie Surf Studios and the Santa Fe Parking Garage. The February 2021 ice storm damaged the sprinkler system in the Skywalk and flooded the interior. This project will repair the fire suppression systems and finishes within the skywalk. Additional repairs to the mechanical system are being provided by the City on-call mechanical contractors. Construction is scheduled to begin Summer 2022 and be completed by late 2022.
