Professional Architectural Services for 611 Walker Mitigation Project - Hurricane Harvey

This project will provide design through construction administration phase services for restoration of Public Works Building. Project is expected to range from minor repairs to full replacement of various building components, including but not limited to the following: remove and replace existing basement wall waterproof membrane; construct sump w/grate for installing sump pumps; install 5kW generator for new sump pumps; selective demolition and installation of full height double flood door; seal HVAC and conduit connections; replace flooring with flood resistant floors; reseal existing glass curtain wall; install joint restraints for existing drainage piping; replace basement doors. All construction will need to be in compliance with all jurisdictional requirements as necessary.
