Description

The Contactor shall perform such services as required by the Owner to complete the work as defined in the Subcontract Documents as defined herein. The Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and/or supervision and all other facilities and things necessary to complete the Work set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto. Subcontractor agrees to perform all of said Work in the best and most workmanlike, prompt and diligent manner and to furnish materials of the most suitable grade of their respective kind for the purpose intended, all in exact accordance with the terms, provisions and conditions of this Subcontract, the Subcontract Documents, all applicable building codes and requirements. The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA), as Developer and Building Contractor, seeks experienced, licensed Subcontractors to submit sealed bids in response to IFB-22PVCH-ELECTRICAL, to perform the Electrical portion of the Prosperity Village Cottage Homes Project. The Project consists of seventeen (17) detached Single Family Homes and a Clubhouse Building, to be constructed on two adjacent parcels located at 4531 Clemens St and 3563 Cottage Oaks Ln in unincorporated Palm Beach County. 100% construction plans are complete and posted for your review and download Bids must be signed in ink and enclosed in a sealed envelope or package Sealed bids valued at $200,000 or more shall include a 5% bid surety.
