| Description | Proposals for Professional Engineering Services for the City’s WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN-VESSEL COMPOSTING FEASIBILITY STUDY. This project will include an assessment of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Alternatives. The initial assessment shall be based upon current and future flows, capacity and redundancy requirements, sludge waste characteristics, ease of operation and maintenance, and ability to meet DEQ requirements.
